We have a lovely treat for you ladies to nourish and energise yourselves.

We have invited Helen a massage therapist along to the group to provide short chair massages ( 10 mins per person), including Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Back,Neck and shoulder massage, You do not need to remove any clothing except if you are having a Reflexology treatment as the therapist will need bare feet. We will also have Tasha Ault from Alternative Pain Relief who will offer alternative pain relief treatments. She incorporates SCENAR Therapy, Cycloidal Massage Therapy and Indian Head Massage in her treatments. Please see http://www.alternativepainrelief.co.uk for more information.

It will be a tranquil evening with candles and relaxing music, we hope you can join in! All we ask is that you make a donation to the group (towards paying for the therapists) on the evening. The evening will start at 7.30pm – 9.30pm. Please note that this meeting has been extended by 30mins to end at 9.30pm.
