Aarti will be taking us through a gentle yoga session. Please bring a large towel (bath size) or a yoga mat and wear comfortable loose clothing.

We are postponing our “Grow Your Own” session to May when it’s a bit lighter in the evenings as it’s not much fun sowing in the dark!
