This evening was so informative and interesting for all of our attendees as this is an area that all of us will have experienced challenges in, either through natural menopause or from a chemotherapy induced menopause. 

Lavinia had prepared a slide presentation for us and talked us through a variety of products available to ease the symptoms which are sometimes very painful, and we were fortunate to have some samples from Lavinia that we could try at home. 

We sent the slides out to our members after the event along with many notes that we had made on the evening.

Lavinia has visited our group a couple of times over the last few years, including on zoom during the recent pandemic and we are always so grateful to her for coming along.
