May is National Walking Month 2017

This is a campaign to promote the benefits of walking and to get everyone walking, no matter what your level of fitness is. Walking is simple and free and one of the easiest ways to be more active, lose weight and become healthier.

Our members have found that 10 minutes of walking during treatment lifted their spirits and increased their sense of well being.

Please do join our newly launched Winchester and Eastleigh Cancer Support Walking Club run by survivors for survivors.
