Wessex Cancer Trust is starting a Walking Wednesday session on 17 April at 10.30am with a guided 40-60min walk. Please call 023 8051 6576 if you’re interested so that they have an idea of numbers.
We had the lovely Jane O’Dwyer from Amoena who gave us a short presentation on bra fitting. Bra sizes change after treatment, weight loss/gain, age, etc. Different brands and range from the same brand can fit slightly differently so Jane recommends trying on a bra before buying. The cup size for a 36B is the same as a 34C, 40D the same as 42C and so on. Jane measured and fitted a few ladies. Amoena offers a free personal bra fitting service at their showroom at 1 Eagle Close, Chandlers Ford SO53 4NF.

Linda informed group about an Art Exhibition by Romsey-based artist, Wendy Forrest-Charde, depicting her journey through cancer, on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th February between 10am and 4pm at the Wessex Cancer Trust in Chandlers Ford.
Jane Bulloch gave us a useful and practical presentation.
We don’t need to join a gym to improve our fitness as there are lots of exercises we can do at home.
